Had dinner at Blue Sushi tonight, Luke was our waiter, “aka Jersey James Franco”. He made our night (in addition to the food) top notch! Not our first time here, and while service was always good; Luke brought out service experience to a level that can not be explained. Would HIGHLY suggest Blue Sushi & request Luke specifically to be your waiter. You will get the experience!

Blue Sushi is fantastic and I highly recommend if you’re in the area. I frequently eat sushi, but this is by far the freshest I have ever had. Absolutely delicious! The staff is kind and attentive, and Henry our server was great! Henry is the man!

We were happy to find a sushi restaurant with ample seating under a covered outdoor space. Heat lamps and adjustable roll down side walls in the outdoor area made it very comfortable on a cool 50 degree evening. The staff team was very attentive and friendly. The sushi and sashimi was fresh. We will definitely dine here again when we are at the shore.
